      Sometimes it can be challenging, but if it was always easy, it wouldn’t be fun.

      Sometimes is it! Sometimes it takes more thinking to solve a problem. Sometimes it is hard because I need to do a lot of things which require no thinking, but a lot of patience. At times, I just find it fun and I wonder why would people really pay me to do something I enjoy so much! (shhhh don’t tell that to my boss)

      My job has its moments of being hard – people who use my instrument expect me to be able to answer all their questions and solve the problems immediately – luckily I enjoy this type of challenge

      It might be, yes, but probably for the same reason every job is hard.
      You can have really “sciency” issues, but at the end of the day what is most frustrating for me as a person are things refusing to cooperate. Maybe it’s your equipment, maybe you can’t access the right equipment, maybe you are struck with crazy waiting time for everything you need to be in order before you start something or maybe you are not sure of what the problem is but you still need to fix it. Either way, it can be surely groan-inducing from time to time!
      This doesn’t mean it’s not worthy, of course!
